DREAM KITCHEN IN SOLID MAPLE IN A WHITE LACQUER FINISH: A PROJECT WHERE UTILITY, FUNCTION, AND AESTHETICS INTERSECT

After being raised in a childhood home with an award-winning kitchen, and being a life-long baker, this customer decided it was time to build her forever kitchen. She worked with a designer for the layout and aesthetic and with us directly to fit in all the bells and whistles her dream kitchen required. It is a maple kitchen with white lacquer finish and has solid maple dovetailed drawer boxes and pullouts. The design boasts an exhaustive list of built-in features, some of them being: push-to-open drawers in the toe kicks of the lower cabinets, built-in multi-tiered spice rack drawer under the cooktop, a bread box drawer, garbage station, a powered phone and device charging drawer, under-sink pullout tray for ease of access, seedy glass doors for displaying items on either side of the range hood and a pot-filling station over the range.  The home’s laundry facilities are incorporated into the millwork behind a frosted glass door.  The customer couldn’t be happier with her kitchen and has hosted many tours of it for family and friends.
