The decision on whether to buy new or repair what you already have becomes easier when you are speaking about family heirloom wood furniture. This beautiful dresser was originally built by the customer’s late father, and over the years it has been refurbished in a way that does not do the piece justice, painted in an unfortunate colour, and was broken in many places from generations of use.
It was our privilege and a joy to restore it back to its original character, and to have it be re-included in the furniture of her house. We chose her father’s signature stain colour as a tribute to his craftsmanship and to keep his memory alive through his handiwork.
