A lovely husband and wife in Westport had their rental property returned to them destroyed by tenants, and without the budget to rebuild from scratch we worked together to create and execute a plan to purchase a used kitchen with the intention to repurpose it.
We reconfigured the doors and range hood into a usable layout, rebuilt all the cabinetry behind, and refinished the bottom cabinets in Benjamin Moore’s Mossy Oak and the uppers in Oxford White.
The kitchen came out beautifully and you could never tell that the kitchen wasn’t built specifically for the customer’s space. By combining the customer’s resourcefulness with our ingenuity we were able to piece together a custom kitchen at a fraction of the cost of buying new. They were so thrilled with the results that they decided to move into the house themselves.
