This project was completed just in time for the customer to host friends and family in their new construction home over the holidays. To add the fireplace feature in the living room we built the required enclosure and tiled it with Airstone. The mantel was then cut from a local cherry slab and stained in red oak with a satin finish. As a bonus we were able to repurpose the offcuts into some additional matching shelves for the room.
